1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these Terms. By creating, editing, copying, or continuing to use a watchlist, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you use Wishmode for an organization, you represent that you can bind it. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
2. What Wishmode does—and does not do
Wishmode periodically requests public product, brand, collection, or sale-page links supplied by users and records only supported signals. A value is a time-stamped page observation, not independent verification, continuous monitoring, a real-time quote, a promise of availability, or proof that a value applies to an exact colour, size, type, region, customer, or checkout session. Missing or ambiguous evidence stays unknown.
Stores can personalize, delay, omit, change, or block content. Wishmode may refuse a link, pause or retry checks, exclude earlier observations that do not satisfy current evidence rules, or stop supporting a site. Always confirm price, currency, variant, stock, discount conditions, tax, shipping, authenticity, warranty, and returns directly with the merchant before acting.
A watchlist owner may select a display currency. Any converted amount is an approximate informational calculation from the dated third-party reference rate identified on the page; it is not a merchant quote, foreign-exchange service, executable rate, or guarantee of the amount charged. Conversion never replaces the recorded store currency or changes price history, target rules, trigger events, taxes, fees, card-network rates, or checkout. If reference rates are missing or unavailable, Wishmode falls back to the store currency.
Merchant links take you to independent third parties. No sale, fulfillment, ownership, or warranty occurs through Wishmode. Wishmode is not responsible for a merchant's product, content, security, contract, fulfillment, refund, or privacy practices. As of this version, Wishmode does not take payments, run third-party advertising, or add affiliate tracking to outbound merchant links.
3. Public links and owner keys
A short watchlist URL is public and read-only; anyone who receives it may view and re-share it. Search-engine no-index instructions are not access control. The separate owner key is a bearer credential: anyone holding it can edit, rotate, or delete the list. Wishmode has no identity-based account recovery. Keep the key private, rotate it if exposed, and do not place it in URLs, messages, screenshots, analytics, or public fields.
You retain rights in the information you submit. You give Wishmode a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, copy, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the right to submit a URL or text and for not placing personal, confidential, infringing, or unlawful information in public fields.
4. Automated page checks
Wishmode identifies its crawler, uses bounded requests, honours applicable robots.txt instructions, does not bypass authentication or technical access controls, and may rate-limit or discontinue checks. A successful check does not mean a merchant endorses or has partnered with Wishmode. Site operators may report a concern using the legal contact below. The operator aims to acknowledge an operator report within five business days, may pause automated checks of the affected domain while it is reviewed, and honours a site operator's reasonable written request to exclude its domain from automated checks.
5. Wishmode Multiverse
Wishmode Multiverse is a separate AI shopping imagination lab. Its products, brands, images, descriptions, prices, offers, ratings, reviews, stock, and delivery language may be generated fiction. They are not commercial offers or factual shopping data and never become price-history evidence. If you connect your own AI provider, that provider may use quota or charge you under its own terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Wishmode to target non-public or private-network systems; bypass authentication, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, robots policies, or access controls; scrape personal data; submit secrets or sensitive personal data; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; mislead others about observed data; distribute malware; abuse rate limits; probe security without written authorization; or violate applicable law. We may reject input, restrict traffic, suspend features, or delete unlawful or abusive material where reasonably necessary.
7. Intellectual-property and rights reports
Wishmode's software, branding, and original interface content are protected by applicable law. Merchant names, marks, product information, and pages belong to their respective owners; they appear only to identify the page a user chose to observe and imply no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Product images shown on a watchlist load directly from the merchant or its content network using the address published on the observed page; Wishmode stores that address, not a copy of the image, and removes an image reference on a substantiated rights report. To report copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights concerns, send the public URL, the material at issue, your basis for the report, and a reliable contact method to the legal contact below. Do not knowingly submit a false report. Where a formal statutory notice procedure applies, the operator may request the additional information that law requires.
8. Changes, suspension, and termination
The service may change, impose capacity limits, suspend checks, or discontinue a feature. Material policy changes will receive a new effective date and version; where law requires, additional notice or consent will be obtained. You may stop using Wishmode at any time and an owner-key holder may delete a watchlist. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—continue after use ends.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wishmode is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises of uninterrupted operation, merchant coverage, timeliness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purchase decision. Do not rely on Wishmode as the sole basis for a time-sensitive, safety-critical, regulated, or high-value decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, lost opportunity, lost savings, or loss caused by a merchant or third-party provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid the operator for the service in that period or ₹1,000; this cap does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If you misuse Wishmode or submit material without the necessary rights, you are responsible for reasonably foreseeable claims and costs caused by that breach, subject to applicable law.
10. Governing law, disputes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law gives you protections or a forum that cannot be displaced. Where Indian intermediary rules apply, the Grievance Officer named below acknowledges complaints within twenty-four hours and disposes of them within fifteen days of receipt, or within any shorter period that applicable law prescribes for the complaint type. Before starting formal proceedings, contact the operator and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class, collective, or statutory rights unless a future version expressly and lawfully does so.
11. General terms
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remainder continues in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; the operator may assign them to a successor of the service who assumes them. The operator is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages of hosting, network, DNS, certificate, or push infrastructure, denial-of-service activity, or acts of merchants or authorities. These Terms, the Privacy Notice, and any notices published on the service are the entire agreement about the service and supersede earlier versions. Notices from the operator are given by publishing an updated version on this page with a new version identifier and effective date. Section headings are for convenience only.
Legal and rights contacts for this deployment are being finalized and will be published here before general availability.
